Door Profile Guide
Interior Profiles
- On paint quality doors, a 9mm MDF will be used.
- On Stain Quality doors a 9mm Veneered MDF or 12mm Tongue and Grooves.
- All doors are made with mortice and tenon joints.
Exterior Profiles
- Raised and fielded Panel doors are full thickness panels, with morticed and tenon joints.
- Tongue and Groove exterior doors are 18mm thick boards.
- 18mm Marine Ply Panels used on flat panel PQ Doors.
